All Sales Are Final

Once a product or service has been purchased, we cannot offer any refunds, regardless of:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with results (as responses may vary from person to person)

  • Late delivery due to courier delays

  • Product unboxing or minor packaging damage during shipping

We ensure all products are checked and packaged securely before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review. While refunds are not offered, we may consider replacing the item at our discretion.
