All Sales Are Final
Once a product or service has been purchased, we cannot offer any refunds, regardless of:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with results (as responses may vary from person to person)
Late delivery due to courier delays
Product unboxing or minor packaging damage during shipping
We ensure all products are checked and packaged securely before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review. While refunds are not offered, we may consider replacing the item at our discretion.
